While I'm not the biggest fan of Equestria Girls, I do enjoy watching it for one reason: Sunset Shimmer. Sunnybuns is the highlight of the series, and I absolutely adore her character. I found myself enjoying Forgotten Friendship more than anticipated, and that was mostly due to getting to see Sunset as a pony again. We got to see a little of that in Mirror Magic, and while I do like her and Glimmy's dynamic, I think Forgotten Friendship was the better (and more entertaining) of the two specials.

Anyways, this art piece in general was a redraw of one of the very adorable faces made by Sunny through the duration of the special.
