My replacement icon! Because it probably makes more sense to feature pyrography rather than digital as my icon in terms of branding.... doi.I really wish I had done better with the feathers on the body but I kinda winged it (GET IT)
He kinda looks like a floofy baby owl at least.
Pyrography on a 10 x 9 basswood round with spar urethane protective semi-gloss coating. Approximately 15 hours. Haven't done pyro on a larger piece yet so this was great practice. I use a Razortip SS-D10 burner with the spoonshader tool.
