Sketch idea not finishedWorking on creating a character who was described to me. This version is the bad witch with the axe. Kind of going for a disney evil witch vibe here. I don't think she is ugly enough. Also going for a lord of the rings or magic the gathering style here trying to deviate off what I normally do.
