This is the mermaid-like fairy, the Fairy of Sea called Neris, but if read it in reverse, so you'll se that it's "Siren", literally. So Neris is a siren, she is a mermaid.

Yeah I know that there's a GC version of it but I really want it to continue like Puyo Puyo Well I am planning to redraw all of the fairies but it may take a lot of time since I'm only starting in this kind of stuff (also, I really don't want to mess them up) so stay tuned hahah
