Black Panther is the only new character to the group (apart from Spider-man, but he's well known already), he's getting a movie next year, I think. Iron Man and War Machine (the robots/armors) are from the Iron Man franchise. Black Widow and the Vision are from the Avengers movies (he shows up for the first time in Age of Ultron, but she's also been in Iron Man and Captain America movies)
