Dress shoes
Blue tie and shorts from the default Len Kagamine
Naruto hair (do I credit or :icon3340karen:?)
And whatever isn't mentioned I made.
The zip file contains an x file and an mqo file--I deleted textures, so you shouldn't have problems with those, it's just colors. For the pic, I used SoftLightHLShader on Toko. Now to make his detective outfit.
