Description Took this pic on one evening. I was looking for an interesting thing to captured and I saw this huge flower tree. I took this shot many times because it's very hard to adjust the correct light exposure. I'm still not really satisfied with the outcome so I edited it in photoshop and this is the result. Hope it's okay now.

wow i really like this : ) the strong orange background gives the flowers on the tree the right balance except it's prob a little too orangy for me but it's great

this is an incredible shot. I like how you can still see the colors of the bush. Usually the backlight would've made it completely black.

Thanks. Yeah its pretty hard to get the right white balance on this. I think the photoshop work helps a lot too

I think it looks great. You managed to get some of the flowers highlighted so that they can been easily seen. The strong backlighting would make any additional foreground subject brightness and detail seem unreal. I like what you did here, and the colors are wonderful.

Thanks jean. Its pretty hard to make this shot not turning into a classic silhoutte shot. Luckily I got some natural lighting on the flowers. However thats not enough so I play around with photoshop.

I hear that! Photoshop's ability to fill shadowy areas with light while not over-lighting the bright areas is one of its strong points.

Great colours. I like how the brach takes up the whole left of the frame, rather than just sticking out into the picture.
