A grey oyster mushroom dryad.This is very much in my comfort zone in terms of subject matter & color palette, but, acknowledging that, I tried to push hard on the drawing and paint handling, and ultimately thought this was a significant progression beyond similar illustrations I've done in the past. I did lose some of the accuracy of the mushrooms, so that's another reminder to myself to not let the drawing get too loose while painting.
