Description Urm...don't ask me it's meant to be shonen-ai pairing or not... I drew them because both of them are my fave characters in Prince of Tennis. By the way, it's the manga style, not the anime style...Slight difference between anime and manga.

Konomi-sensei's style...is not close to my own style of drawing. I tried my hardest to follow it (including the shading), but if you think it looks unlike them. Sorry~~~ -__-;;

*Fuji's arm might look strange/out of place. My apologies~ I like the fingers though.
*Tezuka's hair looks slightly different (or is it only me? ) Konomi-sensei seems to like messy hairs... =__=;; Hard to draw hairs like that, especially when I am not familiar with the art style...
*If you haven't notice, their eyes are colored. Yes, only their eyes and names are in color. Makes this more unique eh? XD
*Fuji's name is spelled differently everywhere. Syuusuke, Shuusuke, Syusuke...Well, in the 2nd opening song, his name is spelled as Syusuke, so I stick with it. ^__^
*References are used to draw this one. My first attempt to draw Tezuka and second attempt to draw Fuji.

i really, really like it (omg so ) but aren't Fuji's eyes supposed to be light brown if it's manga style? anyway, blue is perfect. definite fave.

haha that'd be nice. XD Although I must say some POT characters are really kind of.... unappealing looking.
I think I might try one of Tezuka soon (when I have time..) if I do, will you look at it for me? =]

Don't worry about your style. I actually really like it. Konomi-sensei's style is much more...strong lines. I like these soft ones too though. And their eyes [esp Fuji's] stand out really well with softer lines.
The only thing is that Fuji looks so much more...busy than Tezuka with his eyes, ring, and clothes.

This is awesome!!! Especially Tezuka... Awesome details, especially on the hair and clothes... and neat shading.

Um... advanced critique? Composition-wise, the whole picture would look better if the cut-and-paste effect is minimized, i.e. omitting the names and completing the bottom part of Fuji, or bringing Fuji down to Tezuka's level.
As for Fuji's hands, the thing that made it look weird is the folds on the sleeves. The lines make his hand look like it's bending in an awkward angle.

Nice job with drawing both Fuji and Tezuka. I actually really don't have any critique for this, it's really good! I especially liked how you colored just their eyes, it does make the whole picture unique. Hehe, I extremely like Fuji in this picture. Their clothes are really cool too.... look at me, I'm just blabbing aren't I. I should probably stop; I think you get the whole picture, don't you?

Tezuka and Fuji are my favorite characters too.

I love the clean line-art and the shading. it does follow the manga-version really well. <3
and the facial expression on Tezuka's face is really well depicted.

my favorite thing is the lack of color except in the eyes. it makes it stand out in a really nice way because it was the first thing to grab my attention.
