This one looks really good overall.

The vignette adds a nice feel, though you may have gone a touch overboard with it.

I take it that the focus of the image is the girl. The composition seems to imply that the focus is the bridge. The way the sunlight forms a sort of semi-circle is cool, but that also brings the eyes too low. Further, the fact that the bridge is in the middle of the image is confusing. The top half almost feels busy as a result of the girl being so high up. I think all of these could be fixed through a careful crop.

So, now that I'm done with the the cons, I'll go on to the pros.

Again, the vignette helps really pull the eyes to the center of the image. The sort of "reduced palette" so to speak is great, and gives the picture an almost antique feel. I also really like what you tried to do with the picture. There is a lot of beauty in the general composition of the photo.
