Thanks for the feedback!
Looking at it now a few years after it's completion there are so many things I would change! The whole head was a complete rush job to get it ready for a convention the next day, haha. But I was proud of it at the time and lots of people at the con liked it, so that's what's important :>

How'd ya make the bodysuit?

I mostly used foam sheets which I cut out and glued together to form the base. For example, if you look at the tail, you can see it's made up of three sheets, two on the top and one on the bottom. Another example, the bottom of the legs are pieces which have been rolled into cylinders.
I attached 'pillows' of stuffing to buff it out a bit in places, such as the tummy and the sides of the legs. Makes it soft and huggable, too!
Finally, I used fleece material for the outer layer.

Well, I don't think it's something I can teach in just a comment, sorry :S
Look around on the internet! There are plenty of sites that teach the basics of how to make costumes like this. The Fursuiting community on LiveJournal is a good place to go if you are looking for help. That is how I learned to make this :>

No, there isn't :S I haven't quite got the skills for putting electronics in costumes yet.
It's an something I intend to add in the future, however! It was very warm in the suit, as you can imagine, haha.
