I think what you see different is the expression, in the image he looks like sad or even a little anoyed, whilw your drawing looks more like surprised (because of the eyes) or can even pass as expression less.

I would say eyes too open and eyebrows too high, since his eyes are back i cannot see the pupils.

I think the eyes here are a little too far open compared to the original photo, if you look at it, you can see the lower eyelids touch the irises. I also feel the eyebrows are just a tiny bit too far up. But that's just little things, I think this is a really well done painting, great work on the values!
