Crystal Maze is the daughter of Jareth the Goblin King from LABYRINTH. Despite her destiny as future Queen of the Underground, Crystal hardly ever gets the paternal recognition that she desired since her father is too obsessed with the mortal Sarah Williams. Some have suggested that Jareth might have used a sample of his obsession's DNA to bring Crystal to life or that she might have been his bastard, but that doesn't change the fact that he frequently abuses her. Crystal grew up to be manipulative for both good and bad reasons. She can manipulate crystals and mazes, transform into animals of her choosing (particularly owls), and get on people's nerves as it's her personal amusement on mocking others' silly attempts in solving riddles and mazes.

At Villains High, however, Crystal feels like she's really at home and her friends are her true family. Despite her manipulative nature, Crystal Maze is very sweet and enjoys sculpturing. Her favorite classes are Darts and Crafts and General Evil Monarchy while she dislikes Poison Therapy and Wicked Bakery (since she has a high allergy of peaches).

Friends: She's best friends with Imora Sombra and Ruby Kyle. She somewhat gets along with Hannah South.
Ennemies: Not a lot of people at Villains High hate Crystal Maze except Penna De Mort (who bullies her) and Marius Bogfae (who's royal goblin heritage rivals with Crystal's).
Romance: Due to Jareth's failure at gaining his own obsession, Crystal would rather not fall down the same road as her father and avoids dating. She's the love interest of Ivan Daniel Plasmius, whom she does not return the feeling.
