Skai Ross is the daughter of Zuri Ross from JESSIE and a student in the antihero program of Villains High. Eccentric, desiring of higher position, and a labeled expert in sass, Skai is a young student with a passion for country music like her mother (though she leans more for pop music), aspires to be a music choreographer and film director, and keeps track of whatever is juicy on the Internet or the gossip columns like the Villainous or the Unholy Gazette. She's so current, she's capable of manipulating others with what she knows and uses her sass to contradict their opinions, leaving them speechless.

Yzma: "When prepared horribly right, you can turn a youth potion into an aging spell! What better way to defeat your enemies by turning them into the elderly?"
Skai Ross: "Yeah, but the effects would probably make it worse on you. We'd end up with a pile of ash."
