No one knows how this abomination of a cake is made, it just exists for some reason. The creature is made out of presumably human organs of different origins, all stapled together. When the creature is observed by a human, it starts dying slowly because its existence is not suited to being alive, but when it is not observed, it somehow moves from one area to another.
