a geisha, just because I loved "Memoirs of a geisha"But it's not Hatsumomo!
Yeah maybe too much hair... but I love hairs^^

Very well done - I LOVE the line work and the brush style!! Such a fan. Love the hair pin but it comes off a little more Chinese dynasty rather than Japanese geisha.
A couple of questions as well, Why is her hair down like that?
and Why is she wearing red with a pink collar? Red is associated with children/adolescents in Japan when in regards to clothing. Whereas geisha wear subdued colors ex. pastels, subtle blues/grey, midnight purple etc.
A geisha's collar is always white to show maturity.
The movie and book don't correctly represent the way of the geisha and are not a good influence to go by when it comes to accuracy. I recommend Mineko Iwasaki's: Geisha, a Life.
