Very pretty, but if you'd like to know what feels off- her eyes are glowing! The haze of red is a bit deterring.

UHH the hair seems like it's on a flat plane. So everything seems like it is at the same distance away from you. However, clearly, the eye size difference indicates that her face is at an angle curved inwards. So it's like you tried to turn the face, but you only turned the eyes and the rest of most of the facial part, but you forgot to give that same effect to the hair.
Also, right arm should be more forwardly differently shaded than the left arm, since you're trying to go for the shruggy seductive look, I'm assuming....you shaded some of the face where hair fell on top, but you did not shadow the body at all where hair is above the skin. So it's a bit....idk. It's like you forgot that part made shadows too or something.
Idk, personally, I'm a way worse artist, all my work is sketchy, and I haven't spent enough time to get to the level of artwork that you're at, but you asked for criticism/advice, so there you have it? ehhh like I said, I'm less experienced. You're senpai, but WEH YOU'VE ALREADY GROWN SO MUCH BUT YOU STILL HAVE POTENTIAL TO GROW MORE....so do I....I'll get to that...soon....

At first glance, the lips and the whisker effect on the face are really blurry, the only way to fix it is to use light and a little more shadow to define it, same thing with the shadow between her breast and underneath her arm. I like how you did the hair and ears though

I think what's up with her face is that the features are drawn such that it looks like her head should be farther to her right, since the tilt makes it look like her neck attaches more over her left boob than where necks normally meet the torso. The way her shoulders are posed also makes the head position look even more awkward. <_<
