What they should have been, in my opinion instead of simply be the usual Kanto one, Game Freak could have given them a new form and type as they did for other pokemon (I mean, Meowth got another form and another evolution?
)Anyway, those are fusions of Growlithe and Yamper (Corgi) and Arcanine/Boltund (Collie)
