Description
Coming up in March we have Ciela the Celebi. Being born from both a mutated female Trevanent and Dial the Dialga, she took the role of forest guardian while also having the power to travel through time. Like Mel she's a jack of all trades in terms of stats but she's mostly used for supporting other allies with moves like Heal block, Perish Song and Leech Seed. However she can also hit hard with moves like energy ball and psychic if she needs to. She's also prone to escaping via time travel if backed into a corner.
Although Celebi can have either gender I chose a female for this character because it's my choice. You can make your own arguments but this is my work in the end.
