As you can tell by Snow's name she is the Elimental Spirit of snow.
She can create snow out of thin air. She doesn’t need wind, or even clouds, with just a flick of her wrist it will start to snow.
Snow is a bit smaller than Jack with white hair that reached her shoulders, and has deep brown eyes. She wears a dark blue strapless dress with snowflake patterns(That was kinda hard to draw for this pic), blue slip ons, a small white scarf, and a beautiful snowflake necklace.
