Thanks bro.You can try illustrations by Burne Hogarth - Dynamic Figure Drawing,"Drawing Cutting Edge Comics",And looking on some great arts from the different artists not just on comics.You can also check out some of the anatomy books used by medical students for muscle and bones references.Hope it helps bro.

lol ur the 3rd person to suggest burne hogarth's dynamic figure drawing, i've had it for a while now 
not that u need to know but what the hey - i also lookup Andrew Loomis' 'Figure Drawing for all its worth' for more anatomical referencing: [link] , and Jack Hamm's 'Drawing the head & figure' still from a long time ago. all my other studies come from dA and guys like u.
what i appreciate the most from ya is how you capture a secondary light source in your pencils from the getgo. i gotta work on that more, and polishing up in general. do you do a finer pencil drawing on top of a rough draft? i would imagine but i think its worth asking
