Like how you changed up the lighting - Mike and Raph have an up-light, and Don and Li have a down-light.

I love how the poses subtly imply personalities of each. Raph is raring to go into action, Mikey, equally as emotive but in a different way is the next closest to the viewer. Don is actually turned away, projecting a passive and defensive state. Leo is the highest, representing leadership and oversight.
