Colored pens, pencils, watercolor and some texturizing with photoshop
I think it says 'twin' and we actually count 3 faces, but the third face might only BE the twin... hah!!! That would be cool!
Anyway, this was a doll from Doll's Heads and I happened to be very fond of this particular one doll, that's the reason why I thought of her more complex - and personal - piece for it...
