I can clearly see that HE is a MAN. A feminim one but he is a man. When you want that he looks more a man just expand the chin, neck, nose. The neckband let him go in another direction (Yaoi...). But the way you do is absolutely OK. There are enough Boys who looks like him in REAL Life.
