These were the Designs I was talking about and i finally finished them ahaha;;;
These are background characters that are a part of this idea: Idea 3 Gallery

To add to the environment for this story, basically in this apocalyptic world, the dead have been roaming for years. It didn't all happen in one night. In this new world, snow is always falling regardless if it's at least 52 degrees outside. (The weather is always changing and it's almost always cold) (It's always cloudy and gloomy), Which is why most of the characters have over coats and hats on.

Everyone has belonged somewhere. This meaning that there's specific districts where it seems time stayed the same, went a thousands steps back, or went forward with survival.

(Refer to Power rangers! For visuals on main characters listed bellow)

Finn, Kim, Olivia, and Nadya all live in the Safe Guard Walls which is a district mostly focused on a person's background and how much money they make. It's runed by a corrupt and mysterious government basically. In that specific area, it seems more focused on the dead. Public schools teach kids how to defend themselves. (Mostly in high school and from then college doesn't focus on those types of things since it's apparent people don't really go out the Safe Guard Walls and end up working in regular jobs.) Medicine is always being produced to find cures. Scientists are the highest paying job.

There's sectors in which sector one is where the most wealthy stay in (Olivia and Nadya). The middle sector, is of course, the middle class. The last sector is much more in dept but nothing too under industrial (Finn) (Kim used live here too until he was placed under arrest, he was moved to the middle sector). All types of prisons are mostly in sector two where the biggest body of water is. (Prisons are surrounded by that said body of water). The place has been running for such a long time and rebels by the name of VAR have been running around, making videos and putting them up, and letting themselves known to be the ones that will end the segregation in the city. They say the're placed even outside of the Safe Guard Walls. They're a big mystery out of many.

There's long buildings called 'deterrent posts' which sound off when the seasons change, a month goes by, or for emergencies.
One long siren for seasons, two long sirens for a month, and two long sirens with breaks in between for emergencies, (terrorist attacks (which is what they call VAR), if the dead break in, etc.) It's heavily secured since they're always using technology from the year the apocalypse happened. Technology is always moving slow here.

One of the wealthiest districts is where Derek and Niu have stayed in. The District is named 'The Neon Lights'. (It has a sort of Dubai richness with a lot of resources and plenty of entertainment. (basically the Las Vegas of the apocalypse lmao).

Safe Guard and NL trade resources sometimes. Safe Guard shows plenty of adverts from NL in return.
Neon Lights Isn't as populated as The Safe Guard Walls which is how they maintain their growth in technology. The place is city like with sky scarpers and plenty of (aha) Neon lights everywhere. They have a good security grip. The district is filled with mostly hackers and mobs which is heavily looked down apon (Where the above characters live, could they be part of VAR?))

(NL Doesn't try to be buddy close with Safe Guard, "Our Tech is our own.")

When there's the rich, there's also extreme poverty. NL is very guilty of this. The poverty rate is worse than the 3rd section of the Safe Guard Walls. You need to make a name for yourself in NL.

Elias and Noa used to live in a ragged district known as Scortch Valley where there's not really a government of any kind but there really isn't much going for them. The place was becoming too overrun by gangs and other unpleasant things. It's were you go when you have no other options unfortunately.

Amongst the bigger districts, there's also places much smaller that stay away from those bigger districts. Small towns, actual small cities, and abandoned towns and farms. People are more vulnerable to the dead here though. There's more survival to the fittest out there and barely anyone helps each other out. Some abandoned places are hideouts.

(Noa and Elias have moved to stay with a group within a small town near Scortch Valley.)

It takes 3 or more months to get from The Safe Guard Walls to NL. From NL to Scortch Valley is 5 weeks at least.
VAR Is only really known in Safe Guard and seems like a myth outside the facility.

I still need to do four more background characters that are relevant to the story and other designs but this is what i have so far/// I'm just so into these type of environments aaa
