Well, I used cheap printer paper, cheap colored pencils, thus producing a cheap looking final piece
I tried to get darker with the colors but at a certain point the paper wouldn't allow me to push further. Also there's a small section where I had to fix a boo boo with white out, and colored pencils and white out don't get along >.>; So yeah it's not exactly how I invisioned it to be, but it was a battle with the mediums lol I hope you all like it ^^

O.Ox the colored version is good. The coloring itself isn't bad at all.
And there's nothign wrong with drawing on cheap printer paper..*does all the time when she practices*

If I made it any smaller the quality would degrade even more, I already shrunk it to half it's size so it would fit ont he screen properly on DA. Maybe your resolution is too low so it looks bad?

i didn't mean the image size. i ment the file size. you can leave the pictures image the exact same way it is but still COMPRESS the size to smaller than a freaking MEG. i'm guessing you dont have photoshop. but even with MSPAINT better compression is available, even with a .png format. open your image in mspaint, and go to "save as" and save it as a completely new file name in PNG format. then check the size. theres no way an image that small should be a meg.

Umm...I do have PS and in PS I made it a png.... to make the image size smaller...so I dunno why it's so big.

take it back into photoshop, save as, make it jpeg, and select "max" and save it as a NEW file name, dont just overwrite the old one.
