As I said on the "sketches" piece...this does look like Wiggins. Okay, so maybe not conventional cartoon Disney, but it's instantly recognisable as him. Which just shows what an awesome job you've done.

In fact, since I don't think I saw that movie since I was about 8, It was the first time I watched the movie actually knowing who he was...he used to blend it with the crowd when I was in my 'Hontas phase...i dunno why.
