084 - Subwoof
Name Origin:
From "subwoofer", a type of loudspeaker.

Primary function: Sound-based destruction.
Designed to use the power of resonance to cause collateral damage.
(Example of damage caused by resonance: www.youtube.com/watch?v=AOY9PT… )

Abilities:
084 uses his speakers (located on his face, shoulders and the bottom of all 4 paws) to create incredibly powerful bass frequencies and vibrations capable of shattering glass and other materials.
084's body is sturdy enough to be unaffected by such frequencies/vibrations.

Other:
084 is ironically deaf, but fully understands sign language.

One True Place:
At a formerly failing auditorium, amplifying the sounds on stage during speeches and performances so they can be heard by all.
