I wouldn't be surprised if she appeared in a later episode to wreak havoc on everything!
The species here? I've drawn her as a mutant vulture (she'd be a pink parrot in her original form).

I haven't thought of that yet, but I wouldn't want to do something obvious like a bear/pig/elephant/rhino/hippo etc.; I'm thinking opossum, because they can eat just about any kind of food, but I'm not really sure.
