Description
After 40 pages from the other comic, I decided to stop it and start another. It was good for the training, anyway but, as always, a better idea shows up. This one is loosely based on a memoir written by a german soldier - who started as a pak gunner - at the eastern front. Joining in 1941, he survived the entire war, including the russian P.O.W. camp. It was such an amazing history that I had to draw it. Guess I'm gonna call it Kameraden, too.

The book is called "In deadly combat", and his author, Gottlob Herbert Bidermann. If you are interested in the theme, and like true war stories, I strongly recommend it.
