Another year has ended and it's time to post this year's Summary of art! I drew lots of couple art! XD
Art-wise, it was a year of experimentation, challenges and change. It's been a year since I switched to CSP and I can't live without it anymore haha. I didn't explore all of its functions yet, I hope I can discover more next year!!
Going to do some lists as a self-note...
What I accomplished this year:
- Switching to CSP
- Optimizing my base coloring
- Trying out different brushes (lineart brushes)
- Changed my coloring process
- Made my (shy) debut in drawing backgrounds
- Drew lots of couple art while I was bad at it in 2020
- Tried out lighting
What I want to progress on next year:
- Posing
- SHADING!!!!
- Background/lighting/atmosphere
- Having a stable coloring style (I'm changing every 2 pieces because I don't remember how I shade loool)
- NSFW art (my tries were unfortunate until now, PLEAAAASEEE I WANNA DRAW NSFW TOO)
- EVERYTHING lol
My art goals for next year:
- Submitting a piece once a month
- Drawing more often my OCs
- Draw some fanart
- Learning how to draw clothing including shoes, and detailed clothes
- More generally, having grasp of more technical skills in regards to digital art
- Recording more speedpaints
- Draw more individual arts of my OCs
- Draw more couples too
- Trying out different things
- Going out my comfort zone
- Trying to draw more backgrounds
Even though I grew inactive there, I still treasure it as the archive of my art and the place I met my dear friends so I'm going to try uploading more art next year! Or else it'll end up as a mass-uploading at the end of the year like this year lol. Thanks for your support! I hope I can count on you next year too
