Again, I love the way you use the cloth of the flag to make so much movement in the picture. It makes a lovely contrast with Feliks standing proud and still, while the flag is all flowy and wavey.
Also, great job on the coloring. The multiple green shades cross hatched onto his uniform are amazing.
