Future Dust

Story:
Main character gets teleported 500 years into the future (2512) where resources have nearly run out due to a nuclear war that has killed 95% of the world population. The main character has to survive this world and find a way to change time. There are 5 endings, 3 of them end in the main character ending up with a girl and being able to change time. One ends in him just changing time. One ends in the world ending and everyone dying.
