thanks very much! i had a look at your website, looks very interesting! thinking of submitting the design, just need to look at the text though because its a few lines from a bukowski poem, so not sure about the copyright there?

Yeah we need to tighten it up a bit. Just letting the lawyers get everything in that needs to be there and then we'll massage it a bit.

Basically, we buy the right to use your design exclusively for 2 years (US$700) then we pay you 7% of sales as a Royalty. You retain ownership of your design.

Please let us know if something doesn't make sense or really rubs you the wrong way. We want it to be artist friendly and attractive.

hiya! yeah the only thing that iam worried about really is the poem thats on the tshirt. it is a george bukowski poem and not sure about the copyright for that poem and dont know weather i have to try and get copyright for it. i dont want to get into any sort of trouble by using it, if i dont have the right to. i dont know, any ideas?
