The background is breathtakingly beautiful, however, I feel her expression is too plastic, but not in a good way. She looks like every other anime girl face. I'd challenge you to take more time on the eyebrows. I think if they were tilted up a little bit more, the effect would come out a lot stronger. I hope this was helpful.
