The tensing fear in her eyes, the nervous biting of those lips, the fingers pressed against her jaw, the tear frosting over on her cheeks…
Could this be the very moment she has waited for her entire life?
That one particular moment she’s so nervous about screwing up that it paralyses her?
Where everything seems so perfect that she feels she must live up to it?
All of these thoughts come rushing to my head as I watch this picture, and how I could see myself in her shoes feeling that exact same anxiety as she does now. The work on the anatomy is very professional and top-notch, the shading for light makes sense, and the hair’s beautifully detailed as well. However, the work on the eyes is especially noteworthy.
Those dilated pupils, those nervous tears, everything, they just perfectly capture the moment, and the emotion involved. Needless to say, this is some brilliant work you’ve created, and I hope you can continue creating more works like this one. Well done!

I'm glad my work was able to give you so many feelings. Did you also see the part 2?
I'm not sure I'll continue on doing so much realistic works, I try to focus more on other thing now like giving certain emotions rather with colour and brushwork. Something more like this one.
I'm still studying and maybe one day I'll find the equilibrium I'm searching for in my works.

Thank you. The eyes in fact was the thing I concentrated the most my attention on,since the most important thing in this painting is the emotion.
