Goodness, my pencils hate me now...and the back of my hand is practically black... T-T

This is basically V-GR right after his transition. For those who don't know, V-GR is transgender, originally intended to be a feminine robot. He felt wrong this way, but because of the prejudices of his homeland, he had to see a closet roboticist to change his appearance to a more masculine look. You can see here the jagged staples, and the raw, still-hardening metal around his head and chest. Once he finally gets what he wants, he begins to fear for his life, because though he feels better in his own skin, he's now an outcast. He'll have to work much harder to gain any kind of social status. He doesn't have to change his name or province in the record books, but he has a long way to go before he'll be respected again in any way.

He does end up living on the street for three years and he regrets what he did, wishing he had the money to switch back so he could at least get a job. He lived with all that until he was able to convince a couple people he was built a man and getting a bit of pocket change, just scraping by for several months. He was finally able to get a respectable position as a conqueror, but as you may or may not know, he blew it by falling in love with Willow and wanting to keep Earth preserved as the haven that it was. The rest is history.

He had one happy moment when he realized his outward appearance matched who he was inside. He constantly battled with himself, between who his parents wanted him to be and who he really was. That's why he loves Willow so much, because she freely accepted him for who he was without question.

After everything he went through, it was like a song from heaven.
