This picture of a Sea Lion was taken as I was on a boat - it was swimming alongside us waiting for fish

The thing I noticed about sea lions, is that they are so big! I couldn't believe it the first time I saw one! They are huge! ... and they like sunbathing!

I know! This one wasn't too large compared to another one that swam up to our boat, he was huge!!

I've seen them rip apart a small shark. It's an incredible sight. Once I saw one ripping and tearing something apart that I thought was a fairy penguin, ... but it was the remains of a big cuttlefish.
It was over 2m long and weighed easily a couple of hundred kilo!
