I saw this game before (I didn't play it), but after seeing it and researching about it, it's an epic game. I see that a dragon shows up (or dragon- like daedra) shows up in the game. There should totally be a reboot of this game (or at least a movie because it doesn't have that 'elder scrolls' feel). It's pretty sad that this "elderscrolls adventures' game was inspired by the new tomb raider at the time. Also Redguard is the only game with the title: Elder Scrolls Adventures.

Is the game any good? I've read that it is near impossible to even run it on win XP..

Don't know. Haven't played it. I got into the Elder Scrolls with Morrowind.
