The mask is made from a ducktape cast of the two of us with our heads back to back. It was then used to make a latex mask which was textured with cotton. Something we later used on our faces to tied them in with the rest of the costume.

The harness was the longest thing to get right. We had to construct, from scratch a parachute type harness that would allow me to be placed at the right spot on his back and stay there, but not be shown on the outside at all. We used army surplus supplies to make the harness for both him and I and D rings to allow my harness to attach to his in a tight, yet easy to get out of fashion.

I connected a swimsuit to the out side suit so that I could be covered. The swimsuit had a few holes to allow the harness to get through. On the front of the swimsuit was my portion of the clothes Siam wore. There was a cut out piece at my chest, like in the art work. Then, after what seemed like a million times of being strapped to Daguru's back we had the costume pinned together to add his portion of the clothes.

His harness connected to his pants, which already had the belts and such strapped to them. He also wore a chest piece so that his chest would look more gorilla like in nature. It also connected to a hood that went over his head so that my neck would be comfortable laying on it. We used a lace-up method on the neck and the side of the clothes so that it would be easy to get out of, but still stay true to the design, with the grommets and the rope.

His shoes were girls shoes, modified. And mine we bought on ebay, and yes, you can't walk in them.

His arms we made with pink foam and covered in fabric and latex, then painted for detail.

This costume was worked on by both ~realdaguru and myself. It was alot of hard work and bruises, but we managed to pull it off rather nicely.
