This breathtaking photograph combines several, sparing elements to convey a truly heavenly composition.
First of all, from a technical point of view, your focus and depth of field are spot on, capturing perfectly the majesty of the sky. The only technical aspect that might retract from the overall beauty of the photo is the slight noise at the top, jarring the texture of the photo.
From a more artistic point of view, the colours that appear in this work range from the bold, electric blue to the far tamer, softer and gentler baby blue, these blending and contrasting with the yellow-hued clouds streaking through the sky. The angle of the composition is particularly effective in demonstrating the immense scale, as well as corroborating the breathtaking quality of the photograph. I love your use of backlighting, especially coupled with your striking horizon line - together, they really heighten the dramatic effect of the photo on the whole.
From an emotional point of view, my heart soared when I first saw this photograph - it is this precise emotion that spurred me to write a critique for this piece! The title is particularly apt, suggesting a new beginning, the freshness of an incipient day, or even a spiritual epiphany that comes from within. Although quite probably unintentional, the title is shared with a beautiful jazz piece by musician Pat Metheny, titled 'The Awakening' from his 1997 album Imaginary Day, a melody which is highly coincidentally evocative of the same emotions as this beautiful photograph.
All in all, although there are a plethora of beautiful photographs on DeviantArt showcasing the sky, this piece is a beautiful example of an emotionally awe-inspiring sky composition. Truly well done!

I like the arrangement of the photograph, especially when you photograph it in the right perspective. I like how you're focusing on the sky the most as the main object. There's some nature feel that I can feel inside of the work.

This one intrigues me and inspires me to pick up my camera again which I have neglected and fallen into a slump.
This sky with the way the white is fanning out in the background is a sign of hope and enlightenment.
It just looks like it's exploding into the blue background. I think it's really awesome.
