...this is my favorite of the two
i hardly did any editing.
it was really foggy out and
was originally a blueish colour.

did you play about with the colours or use a filter or something to get this effect?

not really,
the only thing i really did was duplicate the pic and then i set it to gaussian blur, and then set the layer to overlay..which ups the contrast a bit. but other than that ...not much.
