Lucy had read the reports that one of the majors in the planetary grid had passed her. It seemed the force was starting to cause strange environmental changes on the planet below. One part of the planet’s continents started to gather life whereas before it had none, another continent became a jungle. That started to worry Lucy as a jungle would be an ideal place for a Jedi rebellion to begin.

She decided to investigate this herself and after hugging her daughter and notifying Hanna and her father, she got into a small scout ship and made her way down to the planet. If there was a Jedi rebellion brewing down there, then she needed to get the info so her father could stop it.

She breached the planetary grid and after a few minutes of turbulence landed her small ship on a strip of land covered by some trees. She made her way out of the ship and used her force powers to sense if there were any Jedi around that her sense could pick up. At first she sensed nothing so she made her way into the jungle and carried on searching.

She searched for a few hours and had found nothing so she sat on an overturned log and began to drink from her flask. She was mid drink when her senses pinged. A Jedi was nearby and she was going to find them.

Davide Moonstar was a young orphan. He originated from a distant planet called Earth and had been with the Jedi for around 15 years. He was happy to be a Jedi but felt he had a higher calling in life, but when he tried to do anything to nurture it, the Jedi council slapped him down. That was why he had been shipped to this planet on sentry duty.

Davide was walking and looking out when he saw a bright red lightsaber fly at his head. Distracted by that he never saw the young woman fly at him and kick him into a nearby tree. He managed to force push her way and pull out his duel lightsabers and he charged at the now recognised Sith warrior.

“What are you doing here Jedi, why are you on a planet under the protection of the empire. Do you want to die?” Lucy asked as she charged at the duel wielding Jedi.

“Under your protection, I was told this was a Jedi protectorate and we were defending it from anyone who would do the locals harm. That means you.” Davide replied as he tried to beat Lucy with a duel strike.

Lucy just laughed and used her skills to summon a fallen tree branch and cause it to hit Davide at the back of his head. Davide dropped his lightsabers and fell to the floor in pain. Lucy just walked over to him and held him in place as she summoned his lightsabers for safe keeping. She then looked into Davide’s eyes to see if what he said was true.

She found he was and decided to show him she was telling the truth. This would also allow her to find out if there were any Jedi sites on this planet that she could plot then let her father know so he can mobilise the shock troops.

Lucy helped sit Davide up and then gently woke him up and sat opposite him.

“Look, I saw you were telling the truth. You were informed this was a Jedi protectorate but it was a lie. It seemed the Jedi wanted you out of the way. Not sure why that is as you seem like a pretty good lightsaber wielder. How about you help me and tell me any secret Jedi hiding spots and I’ll help you reach even higher heights and become as good with the force then you already are. What do you say?” Lucy finished looking at Davide with her yellow eyes.

Davide looked her back and saw she was telling the truth. He wouldn’t tell her here, he wanted off this bloody planet.

“You’re on, but I will only tell you when we are away from here. Do we have a deal?”

Lucy smirked and just nodded her head, leading the young Jedi to be ship. Maybe she can get another daughter she thought. He is young enough and can be moulded into another loyal Sith warrior. Oh yes he will do.
