I really don't like the effect this brings out, it turns people into foggy dolls! Faces don't look good retouched this way in my opinion. I recommend the heal tool...

What I suggest as well is adding in a bit of a noise filter. Not much, just enough to give the skin some texture. Otherwise, there's a strange "glow" that the eye catches too easily. Great tutorial, though! They use this technique in clearing up blemishes in professional photography.

there is actually quite alot, but what i can do, is make-up, heavenly-effect, hair smudging,
