Ok ok, I found the mountains on the web... but I *did* filter and mute it a lot myself... which nearly makes it mine
I did, however, draw and colour Balto (who is the focus of the piece) myself
Oh, this one's kinda for Sightmiester who's been really nice to me, thought she might like it

That's great, but am I supposed to know who Balto is? 'cause I don't... ._.; and everyone who's commented here seems to know too... XD
As this is a piece from such a long time ago, I expect you'll have learnt this by now, but just in case; give him a shadow, and a little bit of snow at the bottom of his feet, to "ground" him onto the rest of the picture. At the moment, it looks like he's floating.
Also, you can get "stock images" off the web, which you won't get penalised for using. Just search for that on the web, register with one, and away you go!
