There are literally hundreds of thousands of Duck comics if you count every artist from every country that has ever made them, so of course Donald and Magica have been shipped in some of them. Most times I remember Donald and Magica hooking up in the comics I've read, there was a love potion or a spell gone wrong involved and everything was back to normal by the story's end. However, I personally don't recall Carl Barks or Don Rosa ever trying to pair them up, unless it was as a joke.

Oh i would love to see that, just imagine magica changing her appearance to seduce Donald to get near scrooge and ending up falling for him instead !

I remember reading a comic where Magica shapeshifted and seduced Gladstone in order to do just that, but in the end she couldn't let him get hurt and undid the curse she'd used on him to take away his luck. Of course, when she did that, she accidentally also undid her disguise. XD
I've also read a comic where Magica disguised herself as Daisy, but accidentally sprayed a love potion on herself, so she lost interest in Scrooge's dime and actually enjoyed spending time with Donald until the potion's effect wore off.

I would love to see this animated on the new DT style!
Some character grown for Magica and a fun time for Donald, maybe even let it be a secret for 2 or 3 episodes before we discover that it actualy is her and not some rando golddigger.Β
