I suppose the blank ( ) one suits their style more but the cyberman emote was to cute not to reuse. This one has the full shiny as opposed to the other which has reduced contrast.

How to Use
People using avatars I made them: downloading often causes errors and is disabled. Right-click the avatar, select 'Save image As..." to save it to your computer. Then, upload from there. (Go to your profile page and click your current avatar to change it.) Also, it is preferred (but not required) that you have: Avatar by =Emotikonz (COPY/PASTE: Avatar by :devEmotikonz:) in your signature to spread the word. Thanks!
