...It's because I was listening to ELO when I made it. (As I write this, I still am.)If you know who they are, it will all make sense.
ELO is awesome.
I bet when the (oh-so-inspirational) music stops, I will look at this and realise how lame it is.
Also, even though I randomly (well, not TRULY random, because I wanted balance and not clusters) coloured in the lights, I dicovered that two in a row have blue/green in two panels near the left/back of the floor.

The icon would probably have to be bigger than that to affect people that have epilepsy. I've seen that banned Pokemon episode in Youtube of the blue and red flashing lights, and the regular size video (not full screen) was enough to make my eyes hurt. However, this doesn't affect me a bit.

Well, my mother has issues with flashing, even if it's small. It's very distracting and she just gives up trying to do anything on a page with flashing.

Ok, well my real concern is that you can't see it very well against the black since the little owl's body is brown!!! Maybe make the "wall" area grey or something?? All the black seems to drown him out!
But he IS so cute!!! I can't get over it!

Heh, believe it or not, it is actually grey. Around 50% (the corners were made darker though).
It amkes sense, but unfortunately if I make it much lighter it won't have the nighttime disco feel. :shurg: So I may have to leave it as-is... I don't know..
I don't know who "Family Force Five" is, but I remember when we had Headspace gappers at our church youth group, half were all "It's AWESOME!" and the other half were all "AURGH!"

I don't know... yours is more changing colours smoothly than lots of little flashing lights. People get seixures from playing video games - not because the games have flashing colours either. (I presume it's because of the way LCD televisions refresh with a super-fast blinking.)
