Whir of cicadas in the trees, until the very air seems to vibrate with the sound, the warmth a tuning fork to the giant space-heater hum.The wind nestles against my skin comfortably, and I long to do something spontaneous: take off my clothes and go running into the honeydew-dream streets.
The golden days of summer, when the smallest things, the pads of your fingers, are imbued with something mysterious and expensive, causing the moisture in the air to glisten.
Lazy nothing against the cotton-rustle of autumn as it slowly begins to steal in.

just a little something; expensive seems out of place given the images you've created (though perhaps that has something to do with silk being expensive) - i would suggest perhaps using another word that implies expensive but fits in with the rest.
