The strange individual known as 'Dib' has been spotted on worlds all across the galaxy, elaborately dressed, extensively rich and with a seemingly endless amount of knowledge both local and galactic the man has an enigmatic past. Nobody knows who he is or what his agenda is, often appearing on worlds and offering interesting individuals proposals or rewards for trivial tasks in return Dib has been spotted anywhere from the western reaches to the far galactic east sometimes simultaneously. It is unknown if Dib is truly human, or even an individual, perhaps a manifestation or alias for his benefactors but it is truly unknown. Dark portents often follow the man, and several worlds have gone dark after his visit including the world of Caltram to name but one. Some whisper he is an agent for the unspeakable horrors of the Tradex and has sold everything that he is to become some sort of hybrid, these are all baseless rumours and none of it seems to bother Dib who continues to try to entertain himself and offer any who will listen their hearts desire.
